We adore this completed custom designed home we completed a few years ago.

Located in the beautiful Michalea Precinct in Harrington Grove. This beautiful home is located across the road from the Michalea clubhouse and is situated on a 1100m2 block of land.

The home is generously proportioned at 428 square metres of living space. The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are undoubtedly some of the homes highlights.

The polishished concrete flooring, and raw timber benchtops add a beautiful contrast to the sleek white modern cabinetry in the kitchen. The design brief was to create living spaces ideal for entertaining. There is plenty of space and ample seating around the main hub of the home perfect for socializing around the built in fireplace. Large stacker doors from living and dining rooms offer a seemless flow out to the alfresco area with fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

One of our favorite highlights of the home is the inclusion of a climate controlled glass wine cellar under the staircase and the immense amount of natural light that floods in through the staircase void. The huge raked ceilings give a tremendous feel of openness and this is carried out through to the upstairs living area. There are four bedrooms upstairs, 3 bedrooms have walk in robe with one with its own ensuite. The Master bedroom has a huge walk in robe / dressing room and an ensuite that exudes pure opulence.

We were extremely excited when we received news that this home was not only nominated but was a finalist in the 2020 NSW HIA Awards for the $600 – $1Mil category and graced the front page of Sydney Home Design and Living magazine.
